First National Real Estate’s highest achievers were presented with national General Excellence and Marketing Awards at The Great Hall of Parliament House, Canberra, on Saturday night. The black-tie awards dinner brought national recognition to Australia’s top 2020 salespeople, property managers, business development managers and administrators, and attracted more than 550 delegates from Australia and New Zealand. The peak event on First National’s General Excellence & Marketing Awards calendar capped a year of major challenges as a result of COVID-19, according to First National Real Estate David Haggarty directing principal, Alexandra Haggarty. ‘First National focused on managing the distress caused by COVID-19 for our customers, while striving to provide affected parties with as much dignity as possible’ said Alexandra. ‘Through our commitment to clear communication, the provision of information, and close adherence to all COVID-19 safety protocols, we managed to continue to deliver excellence for our customers.’ On the night, Jade Tweedie received an award for the following: The Elite – Business Development Manager. Alexandra said the First National General Excellence and Marketing Awards are an important event as they present an opportunity for the network’s membership to come together and celebrate outstanding achievements, and to learn about the systems and processes that enabled colleagues to deliver award winning outcomes for customers.
